Piper leaves Prison with her brother for her grandmother’s burial. Red asks Nicky for a favour in other to win back her family, their conversation is interrupted by the EPIC return of Pornsatche (so glad you’re back Pornstache!), leaving behind his horrific stench, the inmates are going to have a difficult time now (lol).
Bennett who didn’t look too happy (obviously because of Pornstache's obsession for Daya) confronts Coputo, he tells him it's Fig's decision not his.
Meanwhile at the AA meeting, Nicky who's a recovering addict shares a story of her our version of the origin of heroine but also expresses her struggle without it. After the meeting, Vee tries to sell heroine to Miss Rosa (seriously??? She’s got cancer for the love of God!).
Flashback tells us the history between Red and Vee. We see Red in her 80s or 90s not so cool hairdo looking like a scared lamb. Vee from the looks of it is a newbie, meets Rhonda, the top dog of the prison and I don't think Vee isn't ready anytime soon to be friend with her.
She's so kind to Red, she gives her a toothbrush and even gives her the idea of her running her own contraband business (the history of her organization). the friendship didn't last long when Vee orders her minions to beat the crap out of Red because she refused to give up her business. What a way to stab a friend from behind, well if they were.
Piper who's sad or lonely or horny or whatever 50 shades of issues she has decides to seduce Larry in her parent's bathroom.Sadly for Piper, Larry rejects her, probably because he just slept with Polly, her best friend and is still feeling guilty.
The next day, at her grandmother's funeral, Piper's brother decides that will be a good time to propose to his girlfriend, so a funeral/wedding then, and I thought Piper is the only f**ked up one in the family. Pornstache gives Soso extra work for trying to start a hunger strike due to the ill-treatment of the inmates.
Poussey confronts Tastyee about Vee's drug business, Tastyee didn't care and tells her to back off, Red invites her friends to dinner and apologizes to them. Boo reveals to Vee the secret tunnel Red uses to sneak in contraband. Tastyee gives Nicky free sample of Vee's drugs. Bennett tells Coputo that Daya is pregnant and suggests that Pornstache is the father.
