The episode begins with a flashback of Piper and Alex having sex in bed and they're interrupted by a phone call that Alex leaves to answer. As Piper gets comfortable… too comfortable, she’s attacked by a mysterious woman who we discover is Alex’s girlfriend, Sylvie. Furious that Alex didn’t tell her about her crazy girlfriend she leaves.
Present day, Piper is back in Litchfield. Fig tells Coputo to shutdown Piper's newsletter, he tells her about Daya’s pregnancy. The COs searches the inmates things, finds cigarettes on Janae and sends her to SHU. Murphy sees Nicky hiding the drugs Tastyee gave her, she follows her around until she eventually gives it to Red.
Vee pays a visit to Poussey in the library, she tells her she’s planning to move her dealings to the library and threatens her to either "fall in line or she'll make sure she gets transferred". Fig discovers the reporter investigating her visits Piper.
Morello receives a visitor-Christopher, He threatens to kill her if she comes near his family, Morello sees Nicky watching. She reveals to Nicky that after she dropped Miss Rosa at the hospital she went to Christopher’s house. Nicky tells her not to do that again.
Flashback: Piper is discussing her sexuality to Polly when the doorbell rings. She opens the door and finds a burning bag of poop (human or dog poop, not curious to know) on her doorsteps and assumes the culprit is Alex’s ex. Alex finally dumps Sylvie for Piper.
Back in Litchfield, Yoga Jones joins Soso's hunger strike and Healy creates a group- safe place for those who need to air out their issues. Polly visits Piper and from their conversation she discovers it's Holly that Larry slept with.
Depressed as a result of losing her friends to Vee, Poussey turns to alcohol, Vee discovers Red’s Tunnel and plans to join the business. Poussey in her drunken state attacks Vee in the bathroom, and with a nod from Vee, Suzanne goes crazy and attacks Poussey, literally breaking her ribs by slamming her on the bench and kicking her repeatedly. The love I had for Vee disappeared after this scene *sad*.
Piper sends a message to Polly with the help of her sister in-law...burning bag of poop. Caputo informs Mendez of Daya’s situation then fires him. Mendez declares his love for Daya while been dragged away by the Police.
